Jerusalem- Facts and Trends 2018
Dr. Maya Choshen , Michal Korach 2018

The publication “Facts and Trends 2018" presents an up-to-date understanding of Jerusalem on a wide range of topics, including demography, employment, education, construction, and tourism. The publication is intended to summarize the main findings of the Institute’s annual Statistical Yearbook of Jerusalem using short texts accompanied by graphs and maps, allowing readers to grasp the main trends occurring in Israel’s largest and most complex city.

Most of the publication’s data comes directly from the Institute’s Statistical Yearbook, which is published annually by both the Jerusalem Institute for Policy Research and the Jerusalem Municipality and includes over 250 tables and dozens of graphs. The data from the Statistical Yearbook itself comes from a variety of different sources, most notably the Central Bureau of Statistics, the Jerusalem Municipality, and the National Insurance Institute.
