Metropolitan Parks and Recreation Areas in Israel
Iris Haan 2011
The goal of this research is to advance the planning and implementation of metropolitan parks and recreation areas in Israel. This is done by analyzing several fundamental issues and by implementing the findings and conclusions in plots that were designated for parks and areas of recreation.

The task of designating certain areas for the purpose of recreation unites professionals from many fields, including innovators and developers, municipalities and environmental bodies, governmental bodies and public ones. The advancement of the work also led to the broadening of the parties involved, as well as the topics dealt with. The diversity of the players involved demonstrates the relevance of the topic. Securing plots for the purpose of recreation for the advancement of public wellness is without a doubt a cause that is broadly supported.
